The untamed world of Mael'ström is home to primordial beasts, humanoids, not-so-humanoids, magic, mayhem, and monsters. The shadow of an evil wizard known as The Necromage creeps over the land, corrupting everything it touches! As the lone survivor of a raid by The Necromage, Karybdis must drag herself from the bloody ashes on an impossible quest to save her daughter and turn the tide against the dark sorcerer.

By her side (or crouched behind her), is the sticky-fingered Lizardman, Slink. What he lacks in strength, he makes up for in cunning, quips, and a general attachment that you might call loyalty as long as the odds aren't too stacked against them. 

Karybdis will trek across the whole of Mael'ström seeking aid from the leaders of the known and lesser-known kingdoms to rescue her daughter and destroy The Necromage once and for all.
