After making his decision, hunt or be hunted, Tuskegee meets the rest of his team but, their first bounty is going to prove to be trickier than previously expected, as they come face to face with a vengeance-driven, militant hacktivist by the name of "L3PU5."

Not every bounty is violent, not every bounty does what they do because they love crime. Some were pushed, some were driven to vengeance...some, have a story to tell.
