In the far future the earth is mostly a barren wasteland, where a few cities still survive. In the first issue we find Laveau, a speaker for the dead and her partner, Barney, who is a robot traveling to the city of New Orleans for a job for Laveau. And despite the title there is no sex in the comic, but plenty of robots.
