A second pandemic has crippled global economies, set crime rates soaring, and now everyday superheroes, aka "Tights," have emerged to right society's wrongs.
Attempting to keep law and order amidst this chaos is OLIVER ANDREWS—an anti-Tights federal judge on the verge of his own midlife crisis. But after a team of Tights called the SHADOWPACK save Oliver from a Triad hit squad, the judge now finds himself on the run from gangsters, in debt to superheroes, and covered in his own vomit.
